Our Story

Honoring Kip Green

Where It Started

The Kipper Cup began in 2023, when some of Kip’s friends wanted to carry on their long-time tradition of gathering to socialize and play golf. Starting an annual golf tournament was a way to honor the memory of their missing golf mate Kip, while raising money for a great cause. Kipper Cup 2023 was a great success, and it has grown into an annual tradition ever since.

Kip’s educational journey took him to Auburn University, where he played football and earned a degree in marketing. Having grown up in the home of a lifelong educator, his family placed great emphasis on education — a value Kipper Inc. carries forward today.

Kipper’s mission is to honor those who educate, and those who want to pursue education. Kipper Inc. brings together people who have been inspired by a teacher, mentor, or another human — giving back to those who have given selflessly to others.
